2017年7月24日,南昌喜来登酒店新任命林馥雄先生 (LIM HOCK SIONG) 为酒店行政总厨,林馥雄先生来自马来西亚,拥有长达19年的精湛厨艺及丰富的管理经验,曾经供职于亚洲数家顶级五星级酒店及度假村酒店,足迹遍布全球。

林馥雄先生喜欢吃,喜欢做菜,他坚信美食是人与人之间情感的连接,用心做出来的美食更能很好的增加人与人之间的感情。他擅长将新鲜食材与本土及异国美食文化相融合,通过精湛烹饪手法为食客呈现美食奢享体验及独特生活理念。凭借着对食材独特的理解,对美食的热爱、执着和专注,令他始终精益求精地将简单食材雕琢成独一无二的佳肴,尤其是他的招牌菜“金汁鲟龙鱼籽芙蓉煎带子”,得到众多食客们的热爱和追捧,许多人不惜远道慕名而来,就为了吃一口林师傅的招牌菜。

林馥雄先生在专业领域亦久负盛名,曾于2011年被《大酒店》授予“才华厨师奖”。此次林馥雄先生加入南昌喜来登酒店担任酒店行政总厨,将会为南昌本地及来到南昌的商旅客人带来更丰富多彩的美食体验和味觉惊喜。

LIM HOCK SIONG has been appointed as the Executive Chef of Sheraton Nanchang Hotel on 24th July, 2017. A nativeMalaysian Chinese, bring with him close to two decades of culinary exposure and rich experience in team management from a handful of well-renown Restaurant Chain and high-profile International hotels from the continent.

Chef Lim likes cooking and appreciate nicely prepared food, he believes Fine food is one of the effectiveway in strengthening emotional connection between people. He is good in creating distinct cuisine by integrating the fresh local ingredients with the native and international food culture. He is also keen on creating pleasantsurprises for guests from time to time. Pan-seared Scallop with Egg White and Caviar in Golden Broth, his signature dish that well recognized by many guests and lots of them making an effort to taste this special dish.

Chef Lim has long enjoyed a good reputation in his area of expertise, he has been honored with the “Talentof the Year 2011” award by Grand Hotels in 2011. He will bring along his enriched dining experience to the local market scene in Nanchang along with his joining of Sheraton Nanchang Hotel.
